Petro-terrorism in Nashville

It had to happen sooner or later. The battle has reached Nashville, and a new civil war is starting here... only it's between those that have wealth/energy and those who don't. There's also a generation in the wings that feels incredibly betrayed by the lies propagated unto them: that that the world they knew could go on forever, and that technology would magically save the day.

This is my report from downtown after the first major act of what is now being labeled as "Petro-terrorism".

Please, stay safe! I'm worried for you with everything that is going on in Nashville :/ I keep reading the news reports and finding myself mutter a prayer for safety (even though I don't even consider myself religious).

Can you provide a link to a news article about this incident? I can't find any mention of it by Googling for it.

I can see a blurry date of July 12, 200? (can't make out the year) on the CNN page at the start of your video clip.

No matter what the year, this isn't current news. You really should make that clear to people reading your blog.

This post is part of the worldwithoutoil.org project, and is fictional. You need to go to this site right now to understand the context and how important it is. My blog clearly states that all entries are for worldwithoutoil.org

I apologize for any confusion you might have had about this entry.

Peak, this thing in Nashville has me worried. We saw some stuff like this a few weeks ago in SF, but not at this level. I understand people's frustrations, but I don't think that destroying private property is best way to express them. Keep us posted, and try to stay positive.
